it's important
to note, when you order lamps from us, they may be similar to what is
pictured on our website but we cannot guarantee they will look or weigh
exactly the same as what we have pictured. Color, markings and size may be
somewhat different than what is pictured. As each beautiful salt lamp is
unique, we cannot accept returns based on
dissatisfaction with the lamp's natural color, markings or size.
Our prices are wholesale and subject to
change without notice.
We require case quantity ordering. Case
quantities and/or minimum orders are marked next to each item.
The minimum wholesale order is $300.00.
We will sell to individuals or businesses. If
you are a business, you must provide a tax resale certificate and we will
not charge tax.
For Discounted Shipping Rates within
specified Areas:
For discounted delivery, the minimum wholesale order is $500.00.
If you are within 175
driving miles radius from Houston, we will deliver your order by appointment
for $40.
For free shipping, the
minimum wholesale order is $1000.00. If you are within 175 driving miles
from Houston, we will deliver your order by appointment for free.

within a 175 mile driving radius, go to
http://mapquest.com and enter our address
into Driving Directions Starting Location as Spirit Quest Associates, 3810
Broken Elm Dr., Spring, Texas 77388 and enter your address as Ending
Location.)
We're sorry, but for
orders outside the 175 mile driving radius, standard shipping rates apply.
Ordering Information:
At this time we do not
accept online payments. Please call us (832) 797.1888 or email us at

with your order and your contact information.
We will calculate your
order, including your shipping costs, and tax, if applicable. If you do not have a resale certificate and you are located
Texas, we must charge 7.25% sales tax.
We accept Visa, MasterCard
and Discover card payments.
Most of the time, we can ship
within 2 - 3 business days after receipt of your paid order.
If your order
includes Discounted or FREE Delivery, we'll make an appointment to drop off your lamps to
you.
Shipping/Handling Policy:
Our website is a wholesale
website and our shipping charges are based on the weight of the package(s)
and the zip code to which it is sent. Because of the wide variety of weights
and products, it is impossible for us to know the cost of the shipping until
we complete your order. Nearly every box and every order is different. Once we get
your order ready to ship we can then notify you of the approximate shipping
costs.
Return Policy:
Important Note:
If your order is shipped, you must
inspect that order when you receive it and notify the shipping company of
any damage claims. It is your responsibility for filing damage claims and
you are the only one who can receive a claims payment.

Goods Returned for Replacement:
Returns must be authorized by phone only
within 5 days of receipt of goods. You will be issued a RMA number. YOU MUST
HAVE YOUR INVOICE WITH YOU WHEN YOU CALL.
Returns will be accepted for
damaged goods, wrong merchandise. You
may request same product replacement or merchandise of equal value.
Returns
must be sent back to us by the least expensive method. Texas Wholesale Salt
Lamps will pay for return
shipping costs only for incorrect or broken merchandise.
We will not
reimburse for proof of delivery, or insurance or expedited delivery
expenses. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box
and a copy of your invoice must be placed inside the box. Returns will be
accepted only within 21 days of receipt of goods.

Goods Returned for Refund:
You will be issued an RMA number. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR INVOICE WITH
YOU WHEN YOU CALL. Refund returns must be authorized by phone only within 5
days of receipt of goods.
Texas Wholesale Salt Lamps will not pay for return postage costs
for goods returned for refund. You will be responsible for all shipping
expenses. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box
and a copy of your invoice must be placed inside the box.
Refund returns
will be accepted only within 21 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be
returned to Texas Wholesale Salt Lamps, 3810 Broken Elm Dr., Spring, Texas
77388. Shipments refused or returned without authorization will not be
accepted.
Texas Wholesale Salt Lamps will not accept notification of returns for
replacement or returns for refund by email or fax. You must call (832)
797-1888 for your RMA number.
Missing merchandise - you must
call (832) 797-1888 to resolve this problem. Do not email. You must have
your invoice with you when you call.
Texas Wholesale Salt Lamps will make all refunds
within 15 days of receipt of goods.
Failure to follow the above instructions will result in a
refusal of your claim or return.
